Ultraviolette X47 Crossover to Launch in Nepal at NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026
Vaidya’s Organization is set to introduce the Ultraviolette X47 Crossover Motorcycle in Nepal at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, bringing one of the most advanced electric motorcycles in its segment to the Nepali market.
Alongside the existing F77 lineup, which is currently available in Nepal in Original and Recon variants, the X47 will become the brand’s next major offering. Positioned as an adventure crossover, the X47 is based on the F77 platform with a revised chassis and sub-frame for improved versatility.
The motorcycle features a rugged crossover design with a beak-style front fender, sculpted body panels, sharp tail section, and aluminium sub-frame. The adventure-focused Desert Wing Edition adds practical equipment such as luggage rack, saddle stays, and panniers.
A major highlight of the X47 is Ultraviolette’s UV Hypersense radar-based rider assistance system, making it the first Indian motorcycle with Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS).
The 77GHz rear-facing radar enables features like blind-spot detection, lane-change assist, overtaking alerts, and rear-collision warnings, with alerts displayed through the TFT console and mirror light strips.
The X47 also comes equipped with integrated dash cameras, traction control, regenerative braking levels, switchable dual-channel ABS, and multiple riding modes including Glide, Combat, and Ballistic.
Power comes from an electric motor producing 40 hp and 100 Nm of torque, allowing the motorcycle to accelerate from 0-60 km/h in 2.7 seconds, reach 100 km/h in 8.1 seconds, and achieve a claimed top speed of 145 km/h.
In the Indian market, the X47 is offered in two battery options — a 7.1 kWh battery pack with an IDC range of 211 km and a larger 10.3 kWh battery pack with an IDC range of 323 km. It also supports Type 2 AC and DC fast charging, along with Ultraviolette’s Parallel Boost Charging technology.
The launch comes after Vaidya’s Organization became the official distributor of Ultraviolette motorcycles in Nepal. The Bengaluru-based performance EV brand was previously represented by the Kedia Group. The company aims to expand Ultraviolette’s presence in Nepal with improved sales, service, and after-sales support.
With advanced safety technology, strong performance, and long-range capability, the Ultraviolette X47 is expected to be one of the key premium electric motorcycle showcases at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026.
